Honour's Promise

For Honour O'Brien, home had always been Charlie's All–Night Truck Stop, where weary drivers were sure to find the best barbecue in west Texas served up with warm smiles from Honour and her mother Charlotte “Charlie” O'Brien. But with the recent death of her mother, Honour knew that Charlie's would never be quite the same. And despite the support of friends and neighbours, Honour couldn't imagine life without the spirited love of her mother.
