One Summer Between Friends Fizz

1 ½oz / 45ml – Wild Lemon and Hibiscus Gin

¾ oz / 22.5ml – Lemon Juice

½ oz / 15ml – Monin Lavender Syrup

Top with Soda water. (Approx 2 oz)

 

Pour the first three ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Pour into a highball glass with ice.

Top with soda and garnish with a lemon twist or a Lemon or Lime wedge.
