The 6th season of Bachelor Australia is hitting our screens August 15th, with the legendary Nick Cummins, aka the ‘Honey Badger’ as the man looking for love. So, in anticipation, we are listing our favourite things about this Aussie icon.

1. He is an Aussie legend

Beloved rugby player, affectionately named the ‘Honey Badger’, Nick Cummins is a household name across Australia.

2. He’s goofy

Have you seen the latest Bachelor promos….they’re pretty unique and suggest this season of the Bachelor is going to be HILARIOUS

3. He has the best catchphrases

Australia has always loved watching the Honey Badger’s post-game interviews, with iconic phrases like: “We came out as mad as a tree full of galahs” (We started the match well) and “If I end up getting a gig, I’ll be going off like a cut snake” (I’ll be very happy).

4. He’s pretty darn good looking

Those. Tradie. Ads. Nuff said.

5. He’s full of heart

In 2014 he gave up his Rugby World Cup dreams to provide for his family, instead moving to Japan and playing there to earn enough money to support his terminally ill father.
